The goal of this workshop is to provide a platform for researchers from around the world to delve into their latest findings in the field of galaxy formation and evolution in much greater depth than is typically possible at regular conferences. Now that both ALMA and JWST are at the forefront of the exploration of the early universe, this workshop aims to facilitate discussions on the path forward in this exciting new era of observational and theoretical astronomy.
