14 - 18 October 2013

Venue: Lorentz Center@Snellius

Description and aim

The goal of this workshop is to bring together scientists working in noncommutative geometry and in particle physics, to see how experimental findings (e.g. in particle accelerators, but not exclusively) provide inspiration for noncommutative geometry, and vice versa, how noncommutative geometry can provide tools for phenomenological model-building.

The workshop will consist of morning lectures (crash courses) on topics in noncommutative geometry for particle physicists and vice versa. Besides more advanced seminars there will much discussion time. Also we plan to have `studygroups' in which several open research problems will be addressed by the participants."
