Light and colour in nature and art

In this workshop, artists, scientists, and other professionals will present their new research and learn from their colleagues' often-unfamiliar work in the wide arena of light and colour in art and nature.  Workshop goals are to foster:  (1) learning across optical disciplines and (2) integration of those disciplines' disparate ideas.  If publication space is subsequently approved in the journal Applied Optics, workshop participants will be able to submit their manuscripts for peer review there.
