We intend to organize a workshop in which we address both mathematical issues, as well as their relation to legal science. More precisely, we aim at (1) internal statistical debates, (2) interaction with legal practice, and (3) discussions with legal scientists. The aim of the workshop is to stimulate understanding and interaction between the various disciplines. Presentations of results within one discipline are welcome, however, we aim to keep all presentations, at least for the most part, to be accessible to the full audience.
In addition to the organizers the following speakers have confirmed their participation:
Mikkel Meyer Andersen, Marcello di Bello, Amke Caliebe, Mark Colyvan, Norman Fenton, Richard Gill, Maarten Kruijver, Anders Nordgaard, Amit Pundik, Lonneke Stevens, Franco Taroni.
