The aim of the workshop is to bring together a diverse set of researchers with expertise in dwarf galaxies to discuss needed observations, simulations, detection methods, and metrics to test cosmology across different cosmic environments. We aim for a mix between observers and simulators and researchers from different upcoming surveys. The goal is to produce a whitepaper which raises key questions on these topics for the coming years. It is therefore not the usual conference, but rather an interactive workshop, where we come together and prepare these questions and the whitepaper. We plan talks in the morning, and then split up to work on the topics in the afternoon. To be maximally efficient, the preparation of the white paper will start before the workshop.
